 1100 block of H Street NEAn example of one of the targeted corridors of the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development Great Streets Initiative, this mixed-use development offers approximately 14 units of housing and 2,000 square feet of retail.  2300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue SEThe District of Columbia has acquired property along the 2300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, S.E. in order to eliminate blight and facilitate development of quality, neighborhood-serving retail.  360 H Street, NE (3rd and H Streets, NE)Steuart Investment Company is developing an exciting mixed-use project on the former BP Amoco site in the 300 block of the H Street NE as part of the City’s Great Streets Initiative.  3813-3815 and 3825-3829 Georgia Avenue NWThe District of Columbia, through the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development, has selected Donatelli Development and Mosaic Urban Partners to develop three properties along the 3800 block of Georgia Avenue into a $5 million mixed-use development, which will include a dozen condominiums and neighborhood-serving retail and restaurants.  400- 414 Eastern Avenue, NE and Dix Street, NEThe District has selected Dix Street Corridor Revitalization Partners, LLC to redevelop vacant, unused properties at the corner of Eastern Avenue and Dix Street, NE into affordable homeownership units for residents of the Deanwood community in Ward 7.  4427 Hayes Street, NE (NCI - Lincoln Heights)Blue Skye Development has been selected by the District of Columbia in a competitive solicitation process to redevelop the 29,000 square foot site at 4427 Hayes Street, NE into 26 units of housing including nine units that will be reserved for residents currently living in the Lincoln Heights/Richardson Dwellings New Community.  5201 Hayes Street, NEThe site of a former trash transfer site, 5201 Hayes Street NE is now proposed to be a mixed-income residential housing complex.  6925 and 6929 Georgia Avenue NWTwenty-four units of new, mixed-income housing will be created on this formerly vacant site located on the eastern side of Georgia Avenue across from the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. ![anacostia-riverwalk[1].jpg](/DC/DMPED/DMPED Photos/anacostia-riverwalk[1]_tn.jpg "anacostia-riverwalk[1].jpg") Anacostia RiverwalkA key component of the revitalization of the Anacostia waterfront is the Riverwalk Trail.
