DMPED: Benning Road and Minnesota Avenue NE Site Phase Two

The Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (ODMPED) has issued a Solicitation for Development for 4.8 acres at the intersection of Minnesota Avenue and Benning Road, NE in Ward 7. The District seeks a high-qualified development team to plan, finance, build, and operate a mixed-use project on 211,151 square feet of land. The mix of uses may include mixed-income housing, community-serving retail, cultural amenities, civic space, and/or office. Offerors are encouraged to design a creative development program that addresses the stated preferences of the Great Streets Initiative*, the District and community stakeholders; as detailed in this Solicitation.
