Narrative Description

The District, in collaboration with Forest City and Water and Sewage Authority (WASA) seeks to redevelop three parcels of land into a potential mixed-use project. The redevelopment may call for a combination of mixed-income for-sale and rental housing units—including affordable housing—and neighborhood-serving retail.
