Narrative Description

Steuart Investment Company is developing an exciting mixed-use project in the 300 block of the H Street NE Great Streets corridor. The project is expected to be a key anchor in the corridor’s western-end “Urban Living” sub-district. The District is working with a developer to support a national grocery store tenant in the project. The project will also contain a mixture of affordable and market rate housing units.
