Narrative Description

The District seeks the redevelopment of 3 parcels of land at the corner of Riggs Road and Soth Dakota Avenue, NE for the purpose of a mixed-use development porject to serve residents of Ward 4. The Fort Totten Square project i ncludes an affordable housing component and neighborhood serving retail amenities-notably a 56,864 square-foot grocery store.
